Update!

Hi Everyone! I know I have not blogged in a long time, but I am in the process of the Cambodia blog.  But here are a few fun updates...

 

-Two days ago we docked in the Singapore harbor to refuel. 

-It is really hot here because we are really close to the equator. And I was stupid and laid out in the sun for 3 hours with spf4 sunscreen when we were only 1 degree North of the equator...oops. surprisingly I didn't get too burnt. And I have a nice tan going on right now, I might be black by the time I come home.

-Last night I got extremely dehydrated. It was bad.

-Today is the Sea Olympics! Classes are canceled for the entire day of activities.  I am really surprised how much people are getting into it.  I knew I would, that's why I became our sea's captain, but the entire ship is getting really competitive. there are 10 different teams. 9 made of students and 1 team made up of the faculty/life long learners and children.  I am having a blast! there are all kinds of competitions going on. I am participating in the Sea Feud and Lip-sync. I feel very confident with the lip-sync because of all my experience with the CLU volleyball team! haha. Ok I should go now and get back to the competition.
